Who can participate?
All University students 18+ — regardless of major or experience level — are welcome. Beginners are strongly encouraged to join!
When and where is the hackathon?
Date: April 25-26, 2026
Location: STEM Building, Kean University
Duration: 24 hours (overnight event)
How much does it cost?
The event is completely free. We provide meals, snacks, swag, workshops, and prizes at no cost to participants.
Do I need a team to sign up?
No. You can sign up alone and form a team at the event during our team-matching session.
How big can a team be?
Teams can have up to 4 members.
Can I work alone?
Yes! Solo projects are allowed.
How do I register?
A registration link will be posted soon — follow us on social media and check the website for updates!
What should I bring?
Bring your laptop, charger, student ID, and anything else you need to be comfortable (headphones, hoodie, etc.). Sleeping bag/blanket/pillow because its 24hrs.
Will food be provided?
Yes — we will provide meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the event, including late-night food.
Are there prizes?
Yes! There will be prizes for each track, Best Overall, and special category awards.
